Mango Shake


My mango shake should just have mangoes and milk no extra drama, although I sometimes do add some cream but most of the time just this and it is just so simple and SO GOOD!

Ingredients:
2 mugs of milk, if you are measuring 2 1/2 standard cups of full fat milk
1 huge ripe mango, peeled and cut in cubes
2 tbsp sugar, sometimes I add brown sugar, you can adjust more or less.
Some ice, optional. I do not add ice in my shakes, I place the milk in the freezer to chill it though.

Method:
Put it all in the blender and blend till thick and creamy shake is formed. Pour in a glass and Drink! Makes 3 cups or 4 normal glasses of Shake.
