Blueberry and Oats Smoothie |
Ingredients
Blueberries � fistful
Oats ( powdered) � 3 tbsp
Cold Milk � 1 cup
Dates ( pitted) � 3 nos ( for sweetness, optional)
Crushed Ice cubes � 1 cup

Method
1. Blend together blueberries, oats, milk, dates and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
2. Serve cold blended smoothie in tall glass jars.
3. You can increase or decrease the quantity of dates in your smoothie according to your sweetness requirements.
