Tikka chicken


Tikka chicken
We can use the whole chicken or chicken breasts
1/2 kilo chicken breasts with one table spoon of vinegar
Marinade;
2 mash garlic
1/4 tea spoon saffaron
1 tea spoon paprika(red pepper)
1/2 tea spoon ginger
1/2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon coriander
1/4 tea spoon cardamom
1.5 table spoon mash tomato
1/2 cup of yoghurt
2 table spoon olive oil
2 tea spoon salt
Coal
-the method;
We put all herbs and spices together on chicken and let it in the fridge all night then we put it in a griddle then in the oven 200 for a half hour then take a foil with lack of oil or butter and put burned coal on it And covered it by foil and back to oven for an hour then enjoy with the most healthy chicken
